6 days of pure togetherness - 5 trips to the liquor store!

Every morning seems to starts out overcast and then the sun breaks through.  This is a picture of our walk from the condo to the gulf first thing in the morning.

The owl that guards our pool makes me think of Joey!  When we leave, I may just have to take the owl with me to prop up in our backyard and protect Joey.

Of course, when I see Ryan anywhere, I think of my beautiful spunky girl and her entourage in Dallas! We have not as yet visited Ryan's but it will be very soon since it is right across the street from us.

Had to include a picture of my breakfast this morning at Maggie Mae's.  Larry would not let himself be photographed but you can see in the top part of the picture that no one food item is touching the next.  Ahhh breakfast - we love to eat!

Aspectacular breakfast calls for a spectacular "power walk" Fogel style (I leave that to your imagination).

We are very close to a public park that is right on the gulf.  Wonderful trails that lead to the beach!

Our shell collection - grown by one.

This is such an easy place to stay and we enjoy every moment from the foggy beginning of the day to the waves crashing in the dark.  BUT , I would have total joy if my family were here to share these times with us!
God has blessed us with incredible children and grandchildren that  renew my spirit everytime we are together. When we get back to KC, we are focusing all our energy on YOU GUYS!

  1. That breakfast looks amazing! We snuck in one last breakfast-for-lunch meal with just Ryan at BuzzBrews before Zane came home. So delicious but our sights are really set on Eggcetera over St. Paddy's day weekend. Cannot wait!
